"Mark Pitkoff is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. He has helped us with many projects at home and also with commercial jobs for my husband's business."

They did a great job for us. Ralph is awesome to work with. Super responsive and intelligent. Installers did a great job, too. They gave us exactly what we wanted. We are 100% satisfied.

Tony was very helpful while we picked out flooring for our home. He had lots of suggestions but not pushy at all!

The folks at Crest flooring are amazing! Tons of selection and the quality of the materials is far superior to what you will find at the big box stores.

We went in on a mission needing new carpeting for one room. Knew more or less what we were looking for. Tony came right over, asked a few questions and showed us around. We were in and out in about 20 minutes having ordered exactly what we needed and right on budget!

Very happy with our installation today...very satisfied with products and installers

Great experience from start to finish! They were professional, easy to work with, and had a great selection to choose from. Customer service was excellent, and the installers did a fantastic job. Everything looks amazing — highly recommend!

I recently made 2 carpet purchases at Crest Carpet. I had the opportunity with both purchases to have Suzanne Nafus as my salesperson. She was so helpful and professional and was very willing to expedite the installation to accommodate our needs and schedule. She was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect carpet for our hardwood staircase. She was excellent with communication both via email and telephone. I would 100% recommend not only Crest Carpet, but specifically Suzanne, to my friends and family. Suzanne ensured that two significant purchases were completed smoothly and without any stress.

We ordered carpeting installed in a stairwell in our home. We had a lot going on that day but the installer accommodated our requests and did a great job. It looks great! From the instore experience to the install, couldn’t ask for better service.

My wife and I have been customers of Crest Flooring for over 16years. They did the contractor work on our home, and we have had them back to install premium vinyl flooring and, most recently, to recarpet the entire upstairs. Their salespeople are helpful and not pushy, and the people who come out to measure before ordering are very knowledgeable and helpful. We have consistently been pleased with the service, the speed of ordering and scheduling, the quality of the flooring, and the people who come out to install it. The install team was efficient, organized, polite and left the space cleaner than they found it. I recommend them to anyone who is building a new home or looking to update their home.

Salesman was helpful, installation crew excellent and overall services great. Have bought from Crest Flooring for years!

Huge selection!!! Our Saturday visit was enjoyable, as Lauren was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We recently had luxury vinyl and carpet installed in our home. The Crest installers did a great job, they were all very professional, conscientious, kind and knowledgeable. The floors look amazing and modern! We were very pleased with our whole experience. We highly-recommend Crest!

We chose Crest for our hardwood installation and we cannot be happier. Brandon the owner was easy to work with, and the professionalism of everyone involved was impressive. Dylan installed our flooring and was on time, professional and cleaned up along the way. Great job!

Very pleased with Mike Christie and his team at Crest Flooring. He made it a point to ensure that exceptional customer service was achieved.

Brandon is great! I came into the store after feeling overwhelmed by a current project. Brandon had me taken care of right away. He knew exactly what I needed and was incredibly kind. Thank you, Brandon for exceeding my expectations. 10 out of 10 service

When I went into the store to purchase flooring, Mike Christie, Sales Manager, made it so easy for me! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He was so nice to work with! I recently had luxury vinyl installed in my whole downstairs and it looks beautiful! I love it and am very happy with it! The installers did an excellent job! I am planning on getting my upstairs done after the holidays! I will go to Crest Flooring again and I highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service!

We are so happy with the flooring options that crest flooring offered High end luxury vinyl in all of our downstairs and nice wool carpet upstairs . After shopping around Crest was an easy decision and the install part went well with great employees . We felt pricing was great for the product we received. We will recommend them to all our friends .

Our experience with the Crest Floor sales representative (Suzanne) was pleasant and professional. She really went above and beyond to show us options available. Further, the installation team of Carl & Justin was also professional. They cleaned up very well and the installation went smoothly.

Very good service. Got exactly what I was looking for. Was a great experience. Not the first time there and surely won't be the last! And the rugs are of the highest quality.

We were very pleased with the carpet we chose. The installation team did great work and the price was the best we found.

Brandon, Mike and team truly care about their customers and provide excellent service! Even if there’s one small issue, give them the opportunity and they will go above and beyond to make things right! Highly recommend! Five star service!

The employees were all very helpful. They took the time to make sure we received the best carpet for our project. They went above and beyond to get us what we needed in a timely manner. Thanks Brandon and Team! Will definitely recommend to everyone we know.

Great to work with Brandon. He helped get our floor done when our first installer didn't do it the way we wanted. Dylan did a fabulous job of installing it too! Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic selection and expert guidance through entire process! Installed new hardwood floors throughout home.

Our whole experience with Crest Flooring was amazing from start to finish. Brandon and his team helped me pick out the best rubber flooring and turf for my personal training studio, TRAIN by CycleFit Lehigh Valley. The attention to detail and timeliness of the project will have me using them for every flooring project in the future. You won't be disappointed in your decision to work with the Crest Flooring crew.

Highly recommend Crest! If there were six stars I would give it to them. The professionalism, price, value, quality, customer service, communication, and overall experience is second to none anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. I had four bedrooms of carpet stretched and new carpet installed in the basement. The installers are the hardest working and most diligent people I have had the pleasure of working with. They have incredible attention to detail which shows that they take their work seriously and treat each house as if it were their own. Brandon is an absolute gem and after this project, I consider him a friend. He listened to what I wanted (and what I wanted to spend) and I got exactly what I needed and was not upsold on anything. The carpet is beautiful! I will never go anywhere else for flooring. Crest is the best!

Our family always used Crest Flooring in the past and recently we needed new carpet throughout our home, so we hired Crest Flooring. The installation didn't go without a bump or two but the staff at Crest Flooring actually care about their customer and made things right which is what a reputable company does. The carpet is beautiful and we are another satisfied customer.

Reasonably priced for the great quality. Easy process from the in- showroom sales to the in-home install. Everyone was on time and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience. They have a wide range of flooring to select from. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our flooring. The process from picking out the flooring to ordering to installment was quick and easy. Very professional every step of the way. Our flooring turned out beautiful!

Had the flooring replaced in the kitchen. We went with a natural 3/4 inch oak floor to match the rest of the house. The experience was positive from the sales person John, to the in home measurements by Jeff, the scheduling by Ralph and the installation by Tony. Tony with his 40 years experience did a fantastic job. Looks great.

Another great experience with Crest! We recently had a spare bedroom carpeted. The entire team was exceptional! The reception associates were very friendly and helpful from the time we entered the showroom. Our salesman, Ian, handled the process of getting the carpet we chose ordered quickly, answering all questions & keeping us in the loop. Jeff, always friendly & knowledgeable, came to measure the room (and did an additional room for a future project. Efficient, huh!). Ralph, called us a short time later (slightly over a week) to schedule the installation; which worked out to be days after his call! Our installation was done by brothers, Cain & Ben. Friendly & professional. AND THEY CLEANED UP! Thank you Crest Flooring, once again, for a seamless (pun totally intended) process. See you again soon!
